Patch Test
All new clients are required to have a patch test at least 24–48 hours before their appointment. A patch test is also required if you have not visited us within the last six months.
Treatments requiring a patch test include:
- Eyelash Tinting
- Eyebrow Tinting
- Lash Lift
- Eyebrow Lamination
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
